2. Tool handling related to accounts and finance
3. Strong knowledge in legal statutory and compliance
4. Having ability to communicate and co-ordinate with ROC consultant
5. Having ability to communicate and co-ordinate with CA
6. Having ability to manage the respective government departments related finance and accounts.
7. Strong knowledge in MIS
8. Having self-learning ability govt rules and regulation
9. Good communication skill.
